Volunteer

Volunteering has given me a chance to connect with my community and contribute to making a difference. After a local strawberry farm was damaged by floods, I joined recovery efforts to help restore the fields. It was hard work, but seeing the farm slowly recover was incredibly rewarding.

My volunteer efforts are also motivated by climate change. Seeing firsthand how extreme weather events can impact livelihoods was eye-opening. My experience in volunteering reinforced my belief in the need for environmental action.
